Level 2 Acro

Tumbling classes combine strength, conditioning and tumbling techniques used in cheer and dance. The aim of this class is to accelerate your core strength and tumbling skills in order to be a well rounded dancer/cheerleader.

This class is for athletes who are able to walkover. It is tailored to athletes who have mastered all basic level tumbling and are moving into more complex tumbling skills.
